Work on your walking animation. It just looks he's either skipping or just limping. Also, and I say this to everyone, take up drawing lessons. And invest in a tablet. If you can't invest in a tablet, I highly recommend learning how to draw with a mouse by moving your anchor points around on your lines.

There is absolutely no effort or skill involvd in making this. Don't make screenshot videos, make an actual animation or something. If you don't know how, take like a whole month and learn to draw, and watch tutorials online. Your animation doesn't have to be like super duper good, because I've seen some pretty bad animations on here, but doing what you're doing now is effortless. Try harder.
